Itinerary
- Day 1: Gathioro Forest Station (2,100m )- Giant Bamboo Camp (2,600m) ; Distance 8km Time; 3-4 hours
- Day 2: Giant Bamboo Camp (2,600m)-Highland Castle (3,700m): Distance 11km Time; 6-7 hours
- Day 3: Highland Castle (3,700m) -Shipton’s Camp (4,236m) Distance 9km Time; 6-7 hours
- Day 4: Point Lenana – 4,985m / Lake Ellis Camp – 3,300m )Distance 17km Time; 12 hours
- Day 5: Lake Ellis Camp- Chogoria Gate / Nairobi.Distance 8km Time; 3-4 hours
