Day 1 

Welcomes you to the heavenly village of Torok, where the thundering Torok Waterfall and the incomparable Kerio Valley set the stage for our journey. Overnight at Lelin Campsite, perched on the edge of the valley, promises an unforgettable experience. 

Day 2 

Unfolds with an early morning hike to the magical Kessup Waterfall, bidding farewell to Kerio Valley before the road trip to West Pokot introduce us to the breathtaking landscapes of Marich Pass and the Sekerr Range. As we settle in at Mount Mtelo Camp, the anticipation for our climb grows.

Day 3 

Brings the summiting of Mount Mtelo, ascending through farmlands, and bamboo forest, and reaching the peak at 3336m asl. The journey is a canvas of rolling hills and acacia-dotted landscapes, revealing the enchanting beauty of West Pokot.

Day 4 

Start our journey back, concluding the adventure with a village visit to experience Pokot culture and explore the local gold mines.

Mount Mtelo Sekerr Range Hike N Camp promises four days of mountain beauty off the beaten trails. Traverse the Rift through Kerio Valley, living the magic of mighty Torok Falls and scaling the splendid Mount Mtelo in West Pokot. Join us for an unforgettable journey because at Hikemaniak, we believe in exploring, connecting, and discovering, one mountain at a time.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your scheduled trip departure, a 50% of the fee will be charged.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled trip departure, no refund fees will be provided.
  • No-shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.
